The Corrida de l'Epsis de Bouge is the evening corrida of the EPSIS Claire d'Assise school on the Rue des Anges, in Bouge near Namur. At quarter past six the open 2-kilometre kids run sets off; half an hour later the 3, 6 and 9 kilometres go together. Those three share the same street course, which keeps the whole thing compact and easy to follow. Despite the school setting this is not a closed affair: around four hundred participants turn up, which puts the corrida somewhere between a school evening and a genuine neighbourhood race. For runners in the area it is above all a quick evening effort without fuss.
