The Condensloop starts on the Merodestraat by the old FrieslandCampina condensed milk factory in Leeuwarden and leads through the city towards Camminghaburen and the Groene Ster. There are five distances: one kilometre for the kids run and for FrameRunners, 2.8 kilometres, 5 kilometres, 10 kilometres and the half marathon. That the FrameRunners have a place of their own in the programme says something about the setup: the race is explicitly meant for everyone. Every finisher takes home a bag of products from the factory, and the youngest runners get a medal. The event rests on volunteers and the recreational running groups of AV Lionitas.
