Backyard Bear Trail

About the race

Backyard Bear Trail is an Ardennes backyard race with a strong trail character on the Baraque de Fraiture. The event revolves around a fixed loop of about 6.7 km, restarted every hour: return within the hour and you may go again. Unlike an unlimited last-person-standing format, this edition is built around clear options, including Solo 24h, Teams 24h and a Starter 4h. The route starts from the ADEPS centre La Station and combines wooded paths, natural ground and the climb towards the ski slope. That makes it more than a regular trail race: it is a test of rhythm, recovery and mental calm, with a compact base camp where runners and supporters meet again every hour.
