After Work Run

About the race

After Work Run is a green evening run organised by Nuclea Atletiek from Nuclea Sportclub in Mol. Participants choose 5 km, 10 km or 15 km on a route designed to use as much green space as possible, including the private SCK CEN woods and the De Bleken nature area. That makes the event feel more like a relaxed nature run than a classic road race. Free starts, running together, refreshments and the club evening afterwards all belong to the same formula: exercising after work, staying around for a while and experiencing the Kempen in an accessible way. Cycling and walking options exist alongside the run, but the running distances remain 5, 10 and 15 kilometres.
