The Zwemloop Reynaertland combines swimming in the indoor pool at Hulst with running through the town, with the pool on the Kreekzoom serving as the transition area. There are four formats that scale with age: 100 metres of swimming with 1 kilometre of running, 250 metres with 2.5 kilometres, 500 metres with 5 kilometres and 1000 metres with 10 kilometres. The short youth distances turn back quickly to the pool, while the 5 and 10 kilometres head towards the athletics track. On the longer distances you can also enter as a pair. Four local swimming and athletics clubs organise it together, as part of a regional swim-run series.
