ZLM-Don Stadsloop Middelburg is an evening road race through the historic centre of Middelburg. The main race starts and finishes on the Markt and covers three 2.5 km laps, for a total of 7.5 km. It combines individual racing with a four-person team competition, while the Qui-Vive Spektakelrun adds a short youth event through the centre beforehand.
