This edition has already happenedSee upcoming races nearbyThe Yu Man Race is a trail race across the Sallandse Heuvelrug and through the Regge valley, starting at the Evenementenweide on the Koersendijk in Nijverdal. There are two distances, 10 and 21 kilometres, with the longer one setting off first. The course alternates forest paths, sandy stretches and solid climbs, but there are no artificial obstacles: the resistance comes entirely from the terrain itself. That makes the 10 kilometres suitable for anyone wanting to leave the tarmac for the first time, while the half marathon is aimed above all at the experienced trail runner. Entry is open from the age of fourteen. Registration includes live tracking, training advice beforehand, finish photos and a medal.
