Vuurtorenloop Hoek van Holland is a Friday evening run from the historic Torpedoloods on the Berghaven, a short walk from Hoek van Holland Haven metro station. The programme includes the half marathon, the Lely 10 km Run, the 6 km Run and a Kids Run. The routes show the coastal town at its best, passing places such as the Nieuwe Waterweg, the Hoek van Holland lighthouses, the Maeslantkering, dunes and beach. After the finish the evening continues in the Torpedoloods, and the event supports Stichting ALS.
