The Trails Herentals-Tielen are not a loop but a journey back: for the 12, 16 and 21 kilometres you gather at ten past nine at Kasteel Tielenhof, walk to Tielen station and take the 9:24 train to Herentals — your race number is your ticket. From there you run back to the castle, ninety percent of it on unpaved roads. The marathon sets off separately, at quarter to ten from the meeting centre on the Kasteeldreef. For children there are three short runs of 80, 300 and 750 metres on the castle grounds themselves. The event is organised by Tjak.
