The Taxandria Vennenloop is Taxandria Atletiek's spring road race in Oisterwijk, starting and finishing at Sportpark Gemullehoeken on Vennelaan. The main distances are 5, 10 and 15 km on a fully paved course through the woods and past the lakes around Oisterwijk. That gives the race a scenic feel while keeping it firmly in the road-running category. The 15 km is part of the Regio13 Road Circuit and combines a 10 km loop with an additional 5 km loop. Separate youth races cover 400 m, 800 m and 1760 m. The Vennenloop is therefore a classic club event: well organised, rooted in the region and appealing to both competitive runners and families.
