The main run on Sunday 21 June 2026 covers 7 kilometres and roughly 50 obstacles with water, mud and climbing sections around Park Groenewoud. Competitive participants start early as individuals in the performance block, while recreational runners and teams later get space to tackle the course together. Children aged 6 to 9 have a separate kids' run after the main event.
