STARBALM Strandlopen Noordwijk

About the race

STARBALM Strandlopen Noordwijk is a summer series of beach runs on the Noordwijk shoreline. The evening of Thursday 18 June 2026 is the second run in the series and offers 2, 4 and 8 km, all starting together at 19:30 near Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard, Palaceplein and Afrit 10. The route heads along the beach towards Katwijk and back, so every edition feels different depending on wind, sand and tide. Series runners use chip timing and receive a stamp at the turning point; one-off participants can simply join for the evening. That combination makes the Strandlopen accessible yet distinctive: not a standard road race, but a clear evening run shaped by the sea and beach conditions. The series is organised by volleyball club NOVO, keeping it firmly rooted in the Noordwijk sports community.
