Relais Givrés

About the race

The Relais Givrés is a winter relay race by jogging and triathlon club Les Lendemains De La Veille in Neder-Over-Heembeek, reaching its 38th edition in 2027. Teams of five runners, including at least one woman and one veteran (40+), take turns on a green, hilly 4 km loop. In the Relais Givrés each runner covers two laps (8 km), in the shorter Relais Frappés one lap; afterwards the whole team runs one final lap together. Teams start at 11 am at the Nelson Mandela sports centre. For children there are the Mini-Relais Givrés and the Kids Givrés.
