About the race

The Oude Maas Cross is simultaneously the club championship cross of C.A.V. Energie, but is also open to non-members and recreational runners. Trail shoes or spikes with short pins are allowed. At 11 am the 1000 m for the youngest children starts, at 11.20 am the 2000 m for juniors, and at noon the 4.5 and 9 km from age 16. Participation is free, but advance registration is compulsory.
