Bolidt Inner Circle Run

About the race

Bolidt Inner Circle Run is the annual running event in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, organised by Stichting Run-DezvousNL. On Thursday 18 June 2026 participants run through De Volgerlanden, with the Col de Sophia as a recognisable feature on the course and start/finish around Laan van Welhorst. The programme is broad: children have short events, runners can choose 5 km or 10 km and walkers can join the 5 km Inner Circle Walk. Proceeds support Hospice De Cirkel and the Jeugdspeelpark, so the evening is clearly about more than a sporting result. That local cause, the volunteers along the route and the compact set-up around Sophiahal give the event a warm community feel. At the same time it remains attractive for runners who want a real effort, thanks to chip timing and a clear course with a distinctive climb.
