This edition has already happenedSee upcoming races nearbyThe Kraaienrun is the village race of Rijsoord — invariably called Rezoord by the organisers — starting and finishing on the Vlasstraat. There are three distances: the Kleine Kraaienloop of 1.7 kilometres for the youngest, plus 5 and 10 kilometres that head out of the village into the countryside around the Waal. You can enter in advance or still on the day, though that costs a few euros more. Marshals, kilometre signs and direction markers line the whole course, and first aid is on hand at the start and finish. The proceeds go to the Erasmus MC Foundation – Daniel den Hoed, which raises money for cancer research at the Erasmus MC.
