One More Loop is a backyard ultra organised by BVRC, run at De Gavers near Geraardsbergen. The format is the classic backyard one: every hour all participants set off again on the same 6.7-kilometre loop, and anyone failing to complete it within the hour drops out. There is no fixed finishing distance; the race continues until one participant remains, which means it can run for a day or longer. That setup makes the race as much a mental as a physical trial: deciding to set off again every hour is the real challenge.
