Natuurloop Brakel

About the race

Natuurloop Brakel is a nature run in and around Brakel with four distances: 12 kilometres with 180 metres of climbing, 20 with 320, 28 with 510 and 50 with 850. The longest sets off first at eight in the morning and the shortest last, after which the finish closes around four in the afternoon. All routes are fully waymarked; everyone gets a spread at the finish, the 20 and 28 kilometres have an extra aid station on the way and the 50 kilometres has two. Start and finish are at the De Rijdt sports hall on the Jagersstraat. The organisers work without disposable cups, so bring your own cup or soft flask. Three euro of every entry goes to the Flemish nature and forest agency, and the 50 kilometres earns UTMB Index points.
