The OLGOrun sets off on the Gerststraat in Ostend and turns on a single lap of 3.5 kilometres: twice for the short distance, three times for the long one. That makes it a race in which you know the course after the first lap and can run the rest on pace. It is an evening event — the youth runs over 400 and 800 metres go off just before six, the competition distances a good three quarters of an hour later. The race belongs to the Movement Running Criterium, a series in which the same runners meet each other all season and in which consistency counts as much as one good result. It is organised by Movement vzw of Ostend.
