The Mierdense Trail takes runners and walkers into the wooded border area between Lage Mierde, Hooge Mierde and Poppel in Belgium. Starting from De Spartelvijver, the course is almost entirely off road, with narrow singletrack, sandy paths, technical sections and natural obstacles. Distances of 8.5, 12.5, 21 and 26.5 km offer options for first-time trail runners as well as runners looking for a longer outing in the Brabantse Kempen.
