Les Foulées Grand-Rengtoises is the village race of the Comité des fêtes et Jeunesse Grandrengtoise, through the streets of Grand-Reng and the countryside around it. The running programme itself is simple: a 5 and a 10 kilometres. Alongside it there is a walk with no fixed start at all — you leave whenever it suits you, somewhere between ten in the morning and two in the afternoon. Later in the day comes a babycross for children aged three to ten, for which no entry fee is charged. Every part of the family gets its own moment that way, and the whole stays a village day with a race in it rather than the other way round.
