The 24H jogging de Liège turns laps of about a kilometre for twenty-four hours through the Parc de la Boverie, around the modern art museum. The course is as good as flat, so what you cover depends only on how long you keep going. There are four formulas: solo, or in teams of up to six, twelve or twenty-four runners taking turns — which lets a colleague or neighbour who never gets beyond three kilometres take part all the same. The proceeds go to three Liège organisations: adapted sport for people with disabilities, short-term foster care and mobile medical help for the homeless.
