Landgoedloop

About the race

The Landgoedloop is the outdoor event that a.r.s.v. THOR stages every year on the second Sunday of November at Landgoed Visdonk near Roosendaal, with the THOR clubhouse on sportpark Vierhoeven as the starting point. It has three components. Trail runners cover 6.7 or 10 kilometres on mostly unpaved paths, fully waymarked. Walkers choose between 6, 10 and 20 kilometres. And for families there is the fairy-tale walk: a nature-educational three-kilometre forest route past fairy-tale characters who together tell a single story, with riddles along the way and a route kept secret until the day. All proceeds from the event go to Natuurmonumenten West Brabant. It stays more of a Sunday in the woods for everyone than a pure competition.
