La Corrida des Remparts is an evening race in Liège, starting from and with its secretariat at JS Pierreuse on the Rue des Glacis. There are three distances: the 3 kilometres at seven, and half an hour later the 5.5 and the 9.5 kilometres together. That split is no accident. Each distance counts towards a different classification of the Challenge Jogging de la Province de Liège — the 9.5 for the provincial 10K standings, the 5.5 for the short 5K standings and the 3 kilometres for the under-12 youth standings. Anyone following the challenge is therefore choosing not just a distance but a ranking. The secretariat opens at half past five and advance entry is recommended for every distance.
