KOTHEX Chartreuze

About the race

KOTHEX, short for King Of The Hill Extreme, is a six-hour trail run in which you complete as many laps as possible on a short, steep course. This edition takes place at Huize Chartreuze on Dutselhoek in Holsbeek. One lap measures about 1050 metres with 40 metres of elevation gain, so you're constantly climbing and descending until the clock stops. There is an aid station at the start and finish and a campfire afterwards. The top three men and women receive a trophy. Participant numbers are capped at 30.
