Doorloper Run

About the race

At the Doorloper Run organised by Korfbalclub Leuven, it's not the distance that counts but the number of laps: within two hours you try to complete as many 2.5 km laps as possible. The course starts at the KC Leuven pitch in Kessel-Lo and runs partly unpaved through Michottepark. There are rankings for men, women and teams, with a team's five best runners counting towards its score. Beforehand, children run small laps for half an hour with a stamp card. Proceeds go towards a new surface for the korfball pitch.
