Kermisloop Molenbeersel

About the race

The Kermisloop Molenbeersel is an evening street run during the fair festivities in this village of Kinrooi, right on the Dutch border. The course runs through the centre and is precisely measured and completely flat, which is why the organisers call it the fastest street run in Limburg. You choose between 5 and 10 km; children run 500, 1000 or 1500 metres, depending on their age. Start and finish are by the church on Weertersteenweg, and race numbers are collected at a café in the village. The first three men and women per distance receive a prize, and every participant gets a regional beer.
