The Grenslaup Vosseven is a monthly training run in the woods near Stramproy, on every third Sunday of the month except in July and August. It sets off from Boshuis Nieuw Vosseven on the Lochtstraat, at the edge of the Kempenbroek against the Belgian border. You register on the spot, and after the common start you have an hour and a half to run as many laps as you like. Four loops are laid out, each with its own colour of arrows: 1.1 kilometres white, 3.2 yellow, 3.7 blue and 5.3 red. You therefore put your distance together as you go. Entry costs two euros and children under twelve run free.
