The Kermisloop of Kiezegem belongs to the village fair, which runs for five days in July; the street race falls on the Saturday. The course is a two-kilometre lap from the Kerkstraat, with the church as its landmark. The evening opens at five with the children's races, split by age: 250 metres for the youngest and for six and seven year olds, 500 metres for eight and nine year olds and a kilometre for those between ten and thirteen. The 4 kilometres follows, and at twenty to seven the 10 kilometres. Showers and changing rooms are available. The event is organised by Kiezegem Sport Event, which also runs the fair itself.
