Jogging et Trail de Bois-de-Breux

About the race

The Jogging et Trail de Bois-de-Breux is put on by the Bois-de-Breux scout group and sets off from the Rue Max Buset in Grivegnée, on the eastern edge of Liège. There are four courses: the Jeune over 2 kilometres, the Moyen over 5, the Classique over 11 and the Trail Denis Pigeon over 21 kilometres with 545 metres of climbing. The last carries the name of Denis Pigeon, who organised the scout group's jogging and died in 2021. The running is on paths and quiet lanes through the Ry-Ponet, a green stretch between the Liège suburbs. Parts of the route lie on private land and are open on race day only.
