Hoop in Beweging is a road race in Ostend with two distances, 6 and 9 kilometres. The set-up is deliberately small: no fringe programme, but a course that is easy to follow on both distances. The race is part of the Movement Running Criterium, a series in which several Ostend races together form a standings — so entering more than one edition is worth more than a single start. The event is organised by Movement.
