The Holy Hill Obstacle Run starts on the Hapselsestraat in Sittard and works with a rising series: 6 kilometres with forty obstacles, 10 kilometres with fifty, and a 20 kilometres that adds longer trail sections and heavier obstacles on top. The shortest carries a minimum age of fourteen, the longest sixteen. Alongside them there is a KidsRun of 2 kilometres from age seven and a Family Wave of 6 kilometres from age ten, on an adapted course. The obstacles include A-frames, walls, monkey bars, climbing nets, slides, water tanks and mud. Because the number of obstacles grows with the distance, it is not only the length but above all the accumulation that decides how hard a lap turns out.
