Halve Marathon Zwolle is a major evening event around Zwolle's historic city centre, with the Scania Half Marathon as the headline race and the Salverda 4 English Miles as the fast shorter option. On Saturday 13 June 2026, the 4 English Miles start from 19:00 and the half marathon starts at 20:15; the Heroes Run has its own place earlier in the evening. The half marathon starts on Koggelaan and finishes on the Grote Markt, where the shorter race also ends. That gives runners repeated moments of full city-centre atmosphere, with spectators close to the course and a clear finish location in the middle of Zwolle. Organised by Stichting Halve Marathon Zwolle, supported by regular volunteers and built around a compact evening programme, this is more than a quick 21.1 kilometres: it is a running night that visibly brings the city along.
