Dorpsloop Oelegem

About the race

The village run is part of the annual village festival of Oelegem (Ranst) and is reaching its third edition. The children kick off at 10.30 a.m. with short runs of 200 to 800 metres, depending on their age. Then come the Oelegem highlight route of 11.5 km (start 11.15 a.m.) and the Fort-Vrieselhof route of 5.1 km (start 11.30 a.m.). The kids' runs and the 11.5 km start on Venusstraat by the parish hall, the 5.1 km a little further along the same street. You collect your race number from 9 a.m.; every participant receives a medal. Afterwards you can stay on for the village festival.
