Den Halve van Geshaa

About the race

Den Halve van Geshaa is a half marathon in Grasheide near Putte, organised by the Geshaalopers. The race deliberately uses a natural, traffic-free three-lap course, mixing paved roads with field tracks and forest paths. Runners can complete the full 21.1 km individually or enter as a relay team of two or three participants, where lap rhythm and handovers become part of the race. Along the route there are marshals, kilometre markers and water points on each lap, with start and finish at SV Grasheide. The event feels small-scale and local, while still offering a true half-marathon challenge with a strong community character.
