Demerjogging

About the race

The Demerjogging is a new run in the Aarschot jogging criterium, organised by Chiro Gijmel. You start at the Demerbrugje in Langdorp, near the former Wolf Café, and run along the flat towpaths beside the Demer. Adults choose between 5 and 10 km; for children there are short runs of 200, 400 and 600 metres, grouped by school year. It's an accessible afternoon run in a green riverside setting, ideal if you're looking for a calm, fast course with little elevation change.
