De Crob Run 2026
De Crob Run sets off at the Burcht van Haeften on the Vredeplein and from there climbs the dike along the Waal. That is the whole idea: not a lap through the built-up area but along the dike body, with the river on one side and the flood basin on the other, and little shelter from the wind coming off the water. The afternoon opens with kidsruns in four age groups, closely following one another, and an hour and a half later the 5 and the 10 kilometres set off together. Afterwards the grounds stay open with music and refreshments. Part of the proceeds goes to a charity. The event is organised by Stichting De Crob Run.
