Crème Run is a new running event in Izegem, starting and finishing at the Crème de la Cru ice-cream farm in Bosmolens. The concept links sport with an accessible summer atmosphere: participants run their race and receive an ice cream after the finish. The distance offer is broad, from 3.5 km through 5 km to 10 km, plus an 18.5 km combined ranking for runners who want to combine several parts. Children and younger runners also have a place through the Kids Run, Talent Ranking and Legends Ranking. Proceeds from the Kids Run go to vzw Kinderkankerfonds. That makes Crème Run accessible, competitive and clearly connected to a warm local initiative.
