Rode Lopers Marathon Roeselare

About the race

On Sunday 16 May 2027, Roeselare gets its very first marathon, organised by non-profit De Rode Lopers. Start and finish are on the Polenplein. The marathon is one large, officially measured loop that links the centre with green spots such as the Sterrebos, Wallemote, Ingelmunster Castle and the Rhodesgoed. You choose from the marathon, a relay marathon for teams of four, a half marathon, a 6 or 12 km jog and a kids' and G-run of 700 metres. Pacers are ready in the starting pens. Proceeds go to local projects fighting cancer. On Saturday 15 May there are walking distances and an expo.
