Buffer-Run

About the race

The Buffer Run is the village race of Bingelrade in the south of Limburg. The start and finish are at Gasterie de Hedelfinger on Quabeeksweg, which also houses the race office, the bag drop and day registration. The programme offers a 5 and a 10 kilometre race; the longer distance branches off from the shorter loop twice along the way. There are also two free kids' runs over 500 and 1000 metres. A minimum age of twelve applies to the 5 and 10 kilometres. Both courses have a drinks station, refreshments are served at the finish, and first aid is on hand both along the route and at the start and finish; gpx files of the routes can be downloaded. Stichting Buffer Run Bingelrade continues the event after twenty years under the previous organisation.
