Beachrun Blankenberge is a summer coastal race with start and finish at Beachclub Blankenberge on the Zeedijk. The course combines beach, dune paths and the De Fonteintjes nature reserve, so the 5 km and 8 km feel clearly different from a regular city run. Young runners have a 1 km Kidsrun on the programme, while the longer distances start later in the evening. Organisation by Sportdienst Blankenberge and registration through Star Tracking make the practical set-up clear. This is mainly an accessible evening race for runners who want the coastal setting without committing to a long distance.
