3 urenloop Tropiscala is Tropiscala vzw's timed running format in Overijse: no fixed distance, but three hours of running on a short loop. The 25 April 2026 edition was cancelled, but the concept remains clear: teams of up to eight runners aim to complete as many laps as possible on an approximately 500-metre loop around IJsevijver and the Stationsplein area. This makes the event less about a classic 5 or 10 km and more about team rhythm, relays and endurance.
