10 van Noordwijk

About the race

The 10 van Noordwijk starts on the boulevard with the sea at your back and heads from there into the dunes before the route returns along the coast. With some four thousand participants it is not a small race, and that is because the programme is broadly built: alongside the 5 and the 10 kilometres there is a family run of one kilometre, a student run within the two main distances, and a school run for primary pupils over 1000 metres or 2 kilometres. The 1000 metres runs out and back along the boulevard; the 2 kilometres makes a loop via the Zeereep and the Bosweg. Children from Noordwijk schools take part free of charge. Underfoot, asphalt alternates with dune path.
