The Quooker 10 Mijl is the running day of Atletiekclub DAL at Domein de Renesse, starting and finishing by the castle pond in Oostmalle. Everything revolves around a single 5.3-kilometre lap over park paths and short stretches of asphalt: you run it once, twice or three times, which produces the 5 km, the 10 km and the 10 miles. Because the field keeps returning to the pond, spectators stay in the same spot all morning. For children there are four joggings, and there is a G-run of 750 metres for athletes with a disability from the age of fourteen. The club stages it together with Quooker Belgium, the municipality of Malle and the estate itself.
