10 Mijl van Aalter is Joggingclub Aalter's race at Sportpark Aalter-centrum on Lindestraat. The 8 May 2026 edition started in the evening at 19:30 and offered three distances: the classic 10 miles of about 16 km, plus 10 km and 6 km. That keeps the event accessible without making it bland: runners can choose a short test, a solid middle distance or the full 10-mile format. The course is more than a pure asphalt run, with a significant unpaved section on the longest distance. Practical race information, registration and results are handled by JC Aalter and RaceResult.
