The Zwemloop Breda is held in and around the De Warande pool in Oosterhout: first the swim in the fifty-metre pool, then running the course around the complex. There are four combinations, rising from 100 metres of swimming with 1 kilometre of running to 1000 metres with 10 kilometres. The shortest two set off together in the early afternoon, the longer ones after that with half an hour in between. On the three longest events you can also enter as a duo: one swims, the other runs. The race is part of the Celsius Zwemloopcircuit, a series of swim-runs in Zeeland and Brabant in which the circuit prizes are only handed out after the final event.
