The XP Raid is a multisport raid based in Esneux, along and on the river Ourthe. The full format consists of 8 kilometres of kayaking, 13 kilometres of trail running and 21 kilometres of mountain biking, forty-two kilometres in all, to be done solo or as a pair. Anyone wanting to take it easier picks the duo découverte, which finishes after the kayak and the trail. The start and finish are at the sports hall on the rue de l'Athénée. The age limits are notable: solo entry is open from twelve, while the pair formats require sixteen. The full raid also has a limited number of places and takes no entries on the day.
