Voorthuizen Loopt

About the race

Voorthuizen Loopt fills an entire Saturday with running in the centre of this Veluwe village. It begins in the afternoon with a walking route from the Horecaplein, followed by children's activities and three kids' runs that set off by age group. Then comes the G-Run for athletes with a disability, and towards the evening the two main distances of 5 and 10 kilometres. Companies can enter as a team. The event runs on almost a hundred volunteers and draws well over fifteen hundred participants, which turns the village over to running for a day. After the last finisher the square becomes a party that carries on into the night.
