Tungrirun Tongeren

About the race

Tungrirun Tongeren is a 1 May running event in Tongeren-Borgloon with road races for children, young runners and adults, plus a separate 10-mile trail from Borgloon. Most races start and finish at Sportpark De Motten, while the Karel Lismont Trailrun runs from the Stroopfabriek to Tongeren. With youth races, 3 km, 5 km, 10 km and the trail distance, it blends a city race atmosphere with a scenic Haspengouw route.
