The Triathlon du Moulin de Boiron spans two days in Gedinne, in the province of Namur. Saturday is for the long distances: the half sets off in the morning, individually or as a relay of two or three, and the sprint follows in the evening in the same two forms. Sunday starts with duathlons and triathlons for children from the age of five, works up through the youth categories and ends with the Olympic distance. Anyone wanting to make it genuinely hard picks one of the combination formats: the Prince of Boiron couples Saturday's sprint to Sunday's Olympic distance, the King of Boiron does the same with the half, together good for more than a hundred and sixty kilometres across two days.
